The Vancouver Urban Sketchers have organized a meetup for urban sketchers to document the 40th Annual Powell Street Festival! Meet at the southwest corner of Oppenheimer Park at Cordova and Dunlevy at 1 pm, then wander the site to sketch, and meet back at the same location at 3pm.
